Emperor Q

I had dinner at Emperor Q @West Coast Plaza (Its by MOF) yesterday for the first time and i will never step in again!!

Service is bad - #1. Took the wrong order.
#2. Did not given us any bowls when we are served noodles.
#3. Did not clear the empty plates and bowls and just let it stack up on the
table.
#4. Serve us the wrong order not once, not twice but thrice.

Food is bad - #1. Their Sichuan Soup got more pepper than spicy.
#2. Their chicken was so salty that water is very much needed.
#3. Their sesame paste is super diluted.
#4. Their food is really cold when served. Did they cooked with ice??
#5. Their chinese tea or special tea was so sweet that i think sugar is free!

The only thing i like is the deco...nothing much please me once i eat. They didn't even remove their old menu. So you will see 1/2 of the old menu dishes are not available...lazy bums

And the waitress still dare to ask if we want to sign up for their membership! Who will want to sign up??

Chrysanthemum tea with pink rose - super sweet

Some stir-fry vege

The Sichuan soup thats full of pepper

The first dish that's served wrongly - Ngor Hiang with jellyfish

Next wrong dish - some soup with minced meat, taste not bad

Stir-fry celery with sliced cuttlefish

This is the correct one - Ngor Hiang with salad prawn but the Ngor Hiang is cold and salty

Gong Bao Chicken

Sichuan Noodles

Soup of the day - my favourite and the most edible

Fried Rice

Sesame paste - I guess they run out of sesame powder

Some chestnut dessert - but taste is pretty all right

And by the way, this is the sequence that we were being served. We got the rice and noodles pretty late, together with one of the soup....none of the dish is hot, not even lukewarm!!
