Unwanted or fated?

I happen to found out by chance that i was not the first choice for the current position that i got.

They offered it to someone else but that gal rejected it and her asking salary is higher than what they are willingly to give. They were saying maybe she wanted more for compensation as she was frightened during the interview.

And thats how i got this job.

This is the only interview that i went to during my recent job searching activity and they ad that they post on the internet was relatively small and they did not state the company name and use a general email address.....not much people would want to try?

I couldn't even do a search on the internet to prepare myself for the interview cause no information available.

They waited 1.5 months for me before i join....so is this fated or lucky or am i unwanted?

But all my present colleagues were saying that i am lucky to join in march cause the previous lady who was in my position was a real big bully! I came after she left...lucky me....
