she join a company which is not so good
the welfare for staff is really not fantastic, not even near fantastic
the boss is now making the IT and operations team to come up with a new system within a month
when others are selling the system for around a million bucks!!
and now, due to the super high turnover rate in the company
she is now operations(her original job scope), human resource, marketing, running errands here and there.....on top of all these, have to assist the IT too...
oh mine, she super tired but in this kind of economy, there's no other company that want her
so she have to bear with it....
for your info, she is in the company for 4 months already...how long more does she have to suffer?
