My existing position reads "Fund Operations Executive" but i am doing the job of Fund Operations executive, HR executive, Management Associate?

So what exactly is my job scope? Why am i doing so much stuff but only getting one pay?

I'm tired from all the miscellaneous work....

I need to do so much coz i guess my boss just ask all those who sent their cv in for the interview. Imagine a fresh graduate coming for the interview for Head of IT!!
