1. Fall sick, which will results in you not eating fried food...buahaha
2. Study more, use more brain cells, it will result in a higher metalbolism rate
3. Drink at least 3-4 litres of plain water everyday
4. Finish your last meal before 7.30pm everyday
I couldn't figure out why my weight drop by almost 2kg in 1.5 weeks when i am eating more, and not exercising as i had say that i was sick. So these are all the reasons i could think of.
